About
This work comes from more than a decade in pharma commercial roles across sales, marketing, brand strategy and international markets. The same issue kept appearing: strong clinical evidence, experienced teams, and still a difficult question, what should actually be carried forward into the commercial decision?
The challenge is rarely the evidence alone. It is how that evidence is interpreted, prioritised and reshaped as it moves between clinical, medical, market access, regulatory, agency and commercial teams.
"The breakdown is rarely the data. It is what gets interpreted, prioritised, and carried forward."
Bring me in when
These are the moments where clinical evidence needs to become a sharper commercial read before teams lock in positioning, messaging or strategic direction.
A readout needs a commercial read
The result is positive, but the commercial implication is not yet clear.
The position is becoming too broad
The evidence supports a direction, but the story is defaulting to a general efficacy message.
Interpretation is not aligned
Medical, market access, commercial and leadership are taking different meanings from the same evidence.
A competitor move has shifted the context
New data or a market announcement has created uncertainty about the real commercial threat.
The positioning has not been pressure-tested
The story sounds right internally, but has not yet been tested against stakeholder questions, field use, access rationale or leadership scrutiny.
Leadership needs a sharper recommendation
The team needs a clearer direction for launch planning, investment decisions, investor updates or cross-functional alignment.

Built for Expert Teams
A human-led advisory approach that helps teams pressure-test what evidence can credibly support before strategy, messaging or investment decisions become harder to change.
A structured advisory methodology, not an automated decision tool. Outputs are shaped by evidence review and commercial judgement.
Designed to connect clinical, medical, market access and commercial perspectives. Specialist review stays with the right internal experts.
Client confidential materials are handled under appropriate agreement and are not entered into external AI systems without explicit approval.
Clinical to Commercial Translation is an independent advisory practice. Work is based on public-domain evidence, client-provided materials and professional experience. It does not use confidential information or intellectual property from any former employer or third party.
Next Step
A focused review of the evidence, the position, and where the story is likely to hold or be exposed.
For teams approaching a data readout, launch, board discussion, market access decision or strategic inflection point.
